Hi Charles,
Honest answer is time and economics. Remember you guys paid James and 
not me so I am basically working on this game for a fraction of what I 
could have made another game for. That doesn't mean I have to do less 
quality, but i do have to cut some corners to get the games out as soon 
as I can. Which means 1.0 will be good, but perhaps not as feature 
filled as everyone might like.
Perhaps some day I could expand on the game, and sell the upgrade with 
everything, track editors, Indy and Nascar racing, and make up some of 
the income lost initially. Do you see where I am coming from?
However, some immediate descisions need to be made about 1.0 which will 
give the engine a target direction.
