Well, that's one of those projects that is "do-able" provided you have the proper shop, tools and drafting procedures. I've actrually seen an occasional windup clock that was designed to run counterclockwise. Not sure of the reason beyond gimmickry. I suggest googling clock collector sites and you'll probably find lotsa info. As to usind a dc motor, there again, it can be done, but you'll hafta design a servo to make the motor run at a constant speed. My solution would be to put an ordinary clock module in the thing and make a clockface on the bottle with the numbers going the wrong way. That way, you'd always feel like you'd had a cold one when you looked at the time.
