I would stick with the traditional, ceramic tile, or vinyl flooring for 
these areas.
Because of the odbious moisture conditions, the above mentioned materials 
are best suited for these areas.
Of course, you will want to make sure that the sub-flooring is sound, as 
this is a common fault of the finished floor covering failing.
