I have a 4" and a 6" diameter hole saw from Vermont American that are
supposedly capable of cutting sheet metal.  At least the packages indicated
that these could be used for wood, fiberglass and sheet metal.  I have
smaller hole saws that should not be used on sheet metal though, I can't
recall the brand names of these.
