Note that this Power Plumber is a terrific product, but if you have PVC drain components you could cause a leakage problem at the joints because PVC does not seal strongly enough to withstand the force caused by that pressure. I'm not saying not to use this product because it will assuredly cause this problem, just be aware that there's a very real possibility of this happening with PVC joints.
One thing you might consider is to contact Roto-Rooter and purchase the drain maintenance product they sell. This is a biologically based products that is incredible at keeping your drains open and running fast and free.
