OH yeah, once I go out and flip the breaker, it cools down very quick. Cools great the air feels normal. felt of the cold side of the coolant line, feels very cold just like normal when every thing is running. Don, I don't think there is a practical way to test the breaker, if it happens more often chanigng the breaker is a first try if the A.C. otherwise seems to be cooling fine when it does start.
