The PVC box I mentioned was just one of those plastic boxes with a one inch stub coming out one side, the back in this case, and another stub coming out the top. And, the face of it can be removed to get at the wiring inside. So, the conduit comes down the side of the house and into the top of the box. then, the stub on the back of the box goes into the wall of the house and into the basement from there. -- Blue skies.
