Ray, thanks I will check it out a little later. I forgot that about  20 
years ago I had purchased a medication timer. Karen just found it and it 
needs some batteries. It has two rows of dip switches starting from 8 am to 
11 pm and the other row is 30 minute increments.  I hope that it still 
works.  although it is not blind friendly I think that if Karen sets the 
time for the starting time It will work through the evening and night.
