[BlindHandyMan] newly installed bathroom with poor cleanup

We had a rash of these type of contractors and even those that started or
took the down payment (half) after signing the contract and left. So our
local WGAN Channel 13 for the last year has assigned a person to cover such
contractors and if necessary they will not only show video of the site, but
give out the offending contractor, a history on the contractor, and his
picture so people are aware.
Which I think is a great thing!
