Well, Home Depot covered the cost of replacing materials and the contractor did not charge for his lost time. I plan to make a trip back to HD. I wonder if that girl still works there. The manager was not too happy when she told the manager and us that color does not need a primer. I find this hard to understand, not your project but when anyone of us contracts a job out we expect or understand that person is a expert in their field. thanks for sharing.
