I haven't followed this thread completely, but it has been going on for
quite a few messages.  Maybe I missed this but If you have a problem with
your electrical service, you call the electric company.  If you have a
problem with your phone service, you call the phone company.  Unless you're
on a cistern or a water well, why don't you just call the water company?
Anyway, just curious about why someone would spend so much time trying to
fix a problem that you are already paying someone else to maintain. 

 

Did I miss something on this thread about this?  Thanks, but just curious.
