Although in our own implementation of this internally we transfer a
diff of the body that changes, we're currently only using it for XML
files.  After reading this in relation to something more substantial
like an image, the thought of transferring potentially unbounded
amounts of data for an entity representation in a single SIP
notification scares me - that's what we have HTTP for!
