I have refreshed the patch to clip ticket summary on overflow so as to
make this work across multiple browsers . Now it looks like this .

'''PS''' I've noticed that Bootstrap scroll spy nav does not work in some
versions of Opera , at least on my local testing environment . Active
scroll spy item is not highlighted . Nonetheless the example they show in
their web site work for me ...
