with Scrollspy support like current Bootstrap docs (jftr version 2.1.0)

Let's make this a separate ticket ... #198

raised the ticket and when.
ok
> I would like to stay away from the dropdown for the section item,
because it's an extra click and kind of defeats the purpose of scrollspy.
... but still may be useful afaics . Could we just expand corresponding
section too when scrollspy nav item is clicked ?
> I also believe the Bottom ↓ selector would only be helpful to get to the
lowermost relevant element, which would be a 'section' anyway. Same for
the Top ↑, so I would drop both of those.

[# View ↑] links from the page.
