Fine Konstantin, I wasn't arguing that BO should do this nor indeed prescribing a set number of applications nor a way in which BO should spread the goodness (and I was not just talking about distros).
I was merely pointing to precedent: if this discussion is happening then here are some people who have thought/done something similar and one could take a look at how well that's worked for them.
