Well I checked this weekend, and we have the sensors connected properly.
The rear header sensor is connected to the front-most connector on the
fuel rail.

The PDA I was using to gather data died over the weekend...I'm trying to
get a laptop set up so I can use that, but I don't have a solution at
the moment. Once I get that fired up, I'll record some data and make it
available.
