Two further questions on this: 1. What of those people who do not constantly exit and restart BOINC? Will the message stay available in the messages as well?
2. Since it will need an internet connection to do so, as I don't think it'll do this by magic, where in the start-up process can we expect this to happen? (I'm thinking ahead, before people get unknown error messages as they haven't set up BOINC to go through the firewall or use a proxy yet).
