Line 61: $BOLTindexDir = BOLTconfig('BOLTindexDir');
should be corrected to
$BOLTindexDir = BOLTconfig('BOLTindexDir', 'indexes');
to get the tagindex working.
Also reworking the regex to:
preg_match_all('/tag\.([-_a-z0-9]+)(?!.*missing)/', $linkindex,
$match);
kills the tag.missing from the index.
