I'll be putting this in BoltWire CMS. Good idea to take care of
stamps, though eventually they do take care of themselves... :)

Using Markus's suggestion I'm willing to change the key part in
action.create to:
[text target [if ! equal {p} action.create]{p}[if] size=25]
If you link to [[action.create|Create]] you have current
functionality, still the default. To get your desired functionality
just add an action link [[{p}&action=create|Create Here]]
It automatically works both ways. I don't want to make this latter one
the default however, as I still think it is more confusing to see a
pre-entered page name you cannot actually use. And then the problem of
child of child when you really want a sibling page. A shortcut for
more advanced users, yes. But for new users I want everything as
simple as possible.

This is a great idea. I actually used BoltWire to write my last book.
Gave me a lot of flexibility in working on and revising any section I
wanted to. Got collaborative help with the writing and editing. And
then when I was finished just did a report that pulled the whole book
in, and copied it to my word processor.
How to export it to pdf is a whole other question though. If you know
how to do it easily, I'd be eager to learn! If you just want a
template for a full page html report, that's pretty easy...

Appreciate the good wishes. The reward for me though is having a tool
I can use. And this community has definitely added immeasurably to the
quality of that tool. My thanks to you all. Of course if someone
offers me a million bucks for the code I probably won't complain...
:)
Cheers,
Dan
