Where are you located? We were choosing to have ours at Barnes and Noble and one time Borders Books was voted. The problem I've encountered over the last two years with meet-ups is that no one attends. You get people to vote on the venue and then those people don't RSVP to attend and the meet-ups are cancelled. In two years only 3 have actually happened. The last one there was only two of us there. So, needless to say, I have given up on meet-ups. This last one was the final straw for me. The date was changed to accomodate a BCer and then he sends a message that he will be out of town and can't attend. I went anyway since two other people said they would be there. I got there early, set up a "Meet Up" sign and waited with my bag of books I brought to trade. After 35 mins of waiting, I left. When I got home there was an email from this guy who stated that he went and no one showed. Hello! My sign was large and easy to see. Anyway, I've been greatly discourage by meet-ups and took myself off their list and will continue to do wild releases, trades, and RABCKS. ~Sissyrun---> in California
