Many modern viruses multiply themselves with the help of Outlooks address book. So I bet the virus did not come from the (faked) address you saw, but from a third person who has you and the seemingly sender in his or her address book. He or she caught the virus, who then multiplied itself using randomly addresses as sender and receiver. Chances are that other people in the corrupted address book got the same mail with your address as sender.
