YES! Had a bookring book disappear recently out of a package from one participant to another. Also had packages I sent from Houston to Chicago opened, retaped, the address label pasted over and then sent back to me without the BCer ever receiving it.
I always tape up my packages from end to end and again in the middle so they will not come open. Books have never fallen out so when the packages to Chicago were sent back to me, I knew they had been deliberately opened. This happened at least 3 times and each package was addressed to the same BCer. My faith in the US Postal Service is not great! Geniedances I am mad as all-get-out at the US Postal Service!!!
