Added patch using constant strings rather than enums. BookKeeperClientStats is
quite similar to BookkeeperClientStatsLogger, but it's in the client package,
to avoid having to import it every time. Since everything uses the StatsLogger
interface now, BookkeeperStatsLogger, ClientStatsProvider &
PCBookieClientStatsLogger are not needed.
Also, this patch has the builder for BookKeeper.
