I've tried an approach and attached the same. In the patch please see
BookieRename command impl in BookieShell.java class to know the
validation/getOptions/getUsage. Will this kind of validations and argument
listing makes things more complex?. Now I also feels to move this JIRA to 4.3.1
so that will get some more time to make it simple.
