Several of us used the Dayton ND91-4 driver with good results.......

I still have these installed in my first Boom repaired, even though I
have re-foamed the original drivers and they could be reinstalled.  On
my second Boom repaired,  I used the foams also mentioned above, a few
above that.  

I have one Boom that is still original.

I think that the refoamed Boom sounds really close to the original.  The
Dayton drivers sound very nice but maybe don't have quite the bass
presence of the originals.  But if your location or listening practices
don't require the 'better bass" or you don't need that slightly better
bass (to MY ears, YMMV), the Dayton drivers are fine.
