A documentation might explain what this unpopulated connector is and how to use it:
19913 I would bet that JTAG is available there. A lot of traces go there directly from the CPU. But even if that worked, we would still have to know the architecture and how the software is supposed to work. Without the original code, labels, variable names, comments, there is hardly any chance. As far as I could find out, Logitech is apparently not very cooperative in terms of making this open to public. Service manuals may not exist at all because back in the day they would just send you a new SqueezeBox (not necessarily the same model if what you had was outdated at the time) and toss the defective one, whatever problem you had. No need for repairs? Or no time? While I love the Squeezebox series, the politics and economy on the manufacturer side are just a big riddle. +-------------------------------------------------------------------+ |Filename: 2015-09-12 15.39.42 _MG_0220.jpg | |Download: http://forums.slimdevices.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=19913| +-------------------------------------------------------------------+ ------------------------------------------------------------------------ JoeMuc2009's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=23131 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=104987 _______________________________________________ Boom mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/boom
