I don't have a boom open right now, but I have to replace the driver(s)
in one of mine, when I can get to it.  The speakers I have out for
repair were to be refoamed when I got to it.  I plan to do those, then
open up the 'bad' boom and proceed, possibly with these new ones.  

So with that info, I can tell you that sitting side by side there is no
difference between the ebay speakers and the original ones from my boom.
Except, the boom speakers have a rubber/plastic washer/spacer on the
bottom, which I would take off the old ones and stick to the new ones. 
There is every indication that they're an exact match.
