I'm quite concerned over the size of libs/documentation in the sandbox.
It is currently something like 1,500 files (8.7 megs).
For comparison, the entire build system tools/build tree is only 650 files
(1.9 megs), and that includes all of bjam itself plus both V1 and V2 of the
build system itself.
Something seems way out-of-balance here. The tail will start wagging the
dog if we aren't careful.
I'm wondering if the docs effort should be broken out into a separate
project?
