Good. It's a balancing act. On one hand, we want to upgrade our documentation and gain access to the advantages of DocBook, etc.

OTOH, we don't want the initial barriers to be too high, either for users or developers.

As time passes, more Boost developers will become familiar with the new documentation system, and more users will get high-speed Internet access. But for now we need to walk before we run.
