I've found a way to reorganize the stylesheets so that the DocBook XSL
stylesheets need not appear in CVS, and have removed them from CVS. The
"Getting Started" section on the Wiki now mentions the extra step of getting
the XSL stylesheets, and there is a short configure script to make the
Makefiles work.
