Hi,
Looking at the icons more closely, I have to say I'm still not happy
with the icons. The icons are a bit blurred. The sizes are not
consistent (caution is smaller than the rest). There is no clear
distinction between caution, important and warning (perhaps just
one icon for these 3 should suffice?). The three icons all use
the exclamation point. It should be readily apparent in one glance
what the icon means. This is not so, in this case.
Also, as I mentioned in my other post, we also need a high-res
(preferably vector based) versions for PDF files to avoid the
jaggies.
I'll see if I can come up with some icons. IMO, we only need:
1) note (detail)
2) tip (info)
3) important (alert, warning, caution)
Spirit had a fourth: "detail", but after pondering about it, I
think this is redundant. note and detail can be merged.
Thoughts? Comments?
Regards,
