Sounds good to me. Some questions:
1) Does phrase/block really matter? why not simply reflect them
and let the xml processor do the syntax check. So:
[xml:xyzzy Blah blah blah]
Mainly, I was thinking about how we would fit it into QB's grammar. The
rule for this will have to live in either block_grammar<> or
phrase_grammar<>, no?
2) how do we support attributes?
[xml:xyzzy(attrib1="xxx", attrib2="yyy") Blah blah blah]
