Having said that, I found that the semantic analysis from QuickBooks leaves something to be desired sometimes, such as when <endsect> markers are outstanding at end of input. And I'm also finding that the macro replacement seems not to happen in section titles, which is a shame. And also I wish I could have tables with no column headers, and some options over how thing will be laid out (e.g. alignments). Could be done in CSS but I'd need the span class control I think, and I want to target pdf too.
