I also have htmlhelp generation enabled, but the html help workshop fails to 
process the files correctly, so I haven't committed that one.  If someone 
with more knowledge of html help than me wants to look into it, please do 
jump in.

Hmmm, I'm not sure if that's us or the docbook stylesheets.  Looks OK, 
what's wrong with a table here (sorry for the dumb question)?

And yes, if Matias could look into this and get the generated XHTML 
html-tidy clean, then we could make this the default format IMO.
