I just done the following:
1) delete my boostbook/xsl folder
2) update with cvs head of boostbook/xsl folder
3) render xhtml for boost.bimap docs... result: old style textlinks
banner and footer
4) delete tools/doc_test/*
5) update with sandbox svn head tools/doc_test/*
6) copy doc_test/xsl to boostbook/xsl
7) generate xhtml for boost.bimap docs... result: new style header and
footer ( the images are not displayed because for example the footer
images were not in bimap/doc/xhtml/images... make sure you have your
dir as the one form doc_test/doc/xhtml/* )
8) generate the xhtml test docs, works fine

Do you think there is another thing in my boost directory I am not sharing??
I do not understand why you can not build it...

Best regards
Matias
