Ok... I really need to sleep now :)

I have committed to sandbox/doc_test a new version of boostbook

    - control the page style with <xsl:para>page.style= "'website'" |
"'textlinks"
"website" is a style close to beta.org
"textlinks" is the old style with the smal logo and the links
in the right.

    - a step from valid xhtml, the only thing I could correct is:
E620 The 'xmlns' attribute is not valid for this tag:
        """""" <head xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml";> """"""
E620 - 4 instance(s): The most common reason for this error is
the use of a browser-specific attribute (such as 'leftmargin' in the
<body> tag), which is not part of the official HTML specification
being tested against. If the attribute is for purely for layout then
consider using CSS instead.

    - admonitions are no longer rendered with tables, add new div
classes to control them with css. In the generated docs ( in
doc_test/doc/xhtml/index.html ) you can see the result of some
playing. I like it but we can draw them as before. I was just trying
to see what we can do :)

    - Header, footer and body content are now rendered like in the
beta site, with the same principal divs ids. ( heading, body,
body-inner, content, footer... )

    - The revised time is rendered only in the first page. I do not
know how to change it. I will look into it in some time, If someone
wants to hack it, go ahead.

    - I have done some cleaning, passing common stuff to templates (functions).

I upload GroupedLinks javascript api too. If someone wants to play
with it, I can use the feedback.

The html and xhtml for the doc test (doc_test/doc/xhtml/index.html)
are already generated.

Enjoy!
Best regards

Matias
