I checked in the html fixes, and did the same for the xhtml file, but 
didn't add the doctype to html.xsl because I'm not sure if it's a good 
idea to add it. All of these changes will be obselete if Matias' work is 
checked in.

After this change the main validation error for xhtml is all those xmlns 
attributes. Does anyone know how to stop the stylesheets generating them?

I think most (or maybe all) of the other errors need to be fixed in the 
libraries' documentation source code.
