Queens also has the impossible-to-figure-out street naming. Toany
given number you can affix street, avenue, lane, drive, etc. and it'll
exist.

This, however, is a bit off. Manhattan (that's with all 'a's, you
know...) is designated New York in addressing because it's New York
county (Broolyn being Kings, Staten Island being Richmond and Queens and
the Bronx actually having their borough and county names being the
same). I'm not sure if it's unique, but New York is certainly unusual in
being a city made up of counties instead of vice versa.
