I support this model. It seems fairly simple. Given that the purpose of
moderation is to avoid abuse, we can always simply revisit the topic if abuse
becomes an issue.

Given that I'm in my current job because of Boston.PM, I'm in favour of
having jobs posted here. It will perhaps work to get other people into
Perl-related jobs. But I don't see a need to overengineer the process.
