That sounds fair. The objective of moderation is to avoid "drive by" inappropriate postings from recruiters that don't know the boston.pm community. Those who are part of the community, and thus aware of the rules, will hopefully feel they have a bit more at stake if they choose to violate them. We've had the occasional "in community" direct job posting on the BLU list (where I moderate job postings).
