Maybe since right now what she wants to do more than get online with her bn is to get the books from bookshare onto it, the best thing for now would be to start by getting those on the pc and from the computer to the bn. Kind of a roundabout way of doing it I know, but at least she could start reading her books. Someone else will need to help with this though as I haven't connected my bn to my computer yet.
