Let me understand you. You've got an MPower, running version 5.3 of
Keysoft and you're trying to create an account on bookshare? Here
are some very basic questions.
1. Are you currently a member of Bookshare?
2. Have you read all the documentation, there is tons of it, on the
bookshare site about the steps needed to join, the procedure, and
so on.
Reason I ask these questions is that you are unclear as to just where
you are in the process. I know, for example, that when I joined
bookshare, admittedly it was back in the dark ages, I needed sighted
help to navigate the site and sign up. I'll take a look at the site
if you want me to. I don't have an Mpower, but I do have version 6.1
of Keysoft. If you can be a little more specific about just what's
happening, I'll try to help.
