No, I don't think so, I think Peggy said hers doesn't still think it's 
connected after turning off power or disconnecting.  It sounds like it's time 
to call tech support, sorry to say.

Yes, I've tried every reset in the book as they say. I thought Peggy said she 
had the same problem before she learned about going to Connectivity to 
disconnect before shutting down.
