Hi Kathy, the purpose of the transplant programme is to reward our loyal customers by giving them the ability to get all the benefits of the new functionality at a third of the price of a new unit. If customers would prefer to sell their units and buy an entirely new one, that is of course their choice and we will be delighted to proceed on that basis. Whatever works for them and gets an mPower in their hands at the lowest price is just fine with us. And given the absolutely massive take-up of transplants, people, by and large, seem to like it. Customer choice rules, but we've made an effort to be fair to customers who have helped HumanWare to grow through their support for us in the past. Yes, the classics will receive software updates, but there are of course hardware limitations that mean that some of the more exciting features simply can't run on the Classic. You'll see this in KeySoft 7. The classic will do some cool new things, but the mPower will do even cooler things and this gap must inevitably grow over time.
