Hi All, I need some guidance here. I received my mPower and started working with it today. Within 5 minutes, I noticed that dot 3 was omitted in the first or second cell in menus, file lists, and sometimes in actual documents I was creating. Intermittently, the problem would go away. I did some experimenting try to set up my GPS receiver, and the problem has disappeared for the last several minutes. We have a Call tag on my unit to come back on Monday to Humanware. Has anybody experienced this? I'd rather not send back my unit, as I just had the transplant completed, but if I have a problem that cannot be resolved, I obviously will do so. I'm also concerned that there is a chance that the problem won't be duplicated when the unit is returned. I just don't know how to proceed with this. The tech with whom I spoke thought it was the braille display itself, but it didn't experience any of these issues prior to the transplant occurring. I'd appreciate comments/suggestions.
