Hi Paul, I think there is a procedure where you can reinstall KS6.11. Try this, and I figure it couldn't make things any worse. Try inserting your upgrade card and doing a reset while holding down j and k. This may reinstall the upgrade, and may even solve your problem. I really truly hope I'm not stepping out of line here, I don't want to incur anyone's wrath.
