Thanks for the tip but I've already tried that one several times. I already
have an RMA number and will probably mail it back tomorrow. I was just
hoping for a last minute "miracle fix."

I think there is a procedure where you can reinstall KS6.11. Try this, and
I figure it couldn't make things any worse.
Try inserting your upgrade card and doing a reset while holding down j and
k. This may reinstall the upgrade, and may even solve your problem. I
really truly hope I'm not stepping out of line here, I don't want to incur
anyone's wrath.

I have installed 6.11 on my VN but am no longer able to do a normal reset
just using the reset button. I have made several calls to support but have
been unable to resolve this issue. I'm probably going to have to send my VN
in for repair but thought I'd check on the list to see if anyone else had
this problem and if they were able to resolve it without sending their unit
in for repairs.
