This is Joseph. For people who experienced problems
with Alarm: I believe that you should erase and
recreate your Planner database. It sometimes happens.
The procedure are as follows:
1. Go to Main Menu by pressing SPACE with dots 1
through 6 (Menu key on QT)
2. Hold down dots 1-2-3 (f-d-s on QT) and press Reset.
continue to hold down dots 1-2-3 until the BN chimes.
3. Start File Manager and navigate to Flash
Disk\KeyPlan folder. Press BACKSPACE with dots 2030506
(Ctrl with 8 on QT) KeySoft will ask you if you want
to delete the folder. Anser y to this message. If
KeySoft prompts that the file(s) are protected, press
a for Yes to all. The KeyPlan folder will be erased.
3. Go to Main Menu and press Reset with no keys held
down to restart KeySoft normally. Once the reboot is
complete, start Planner. The KeyPlan folder will be
recreated, and the problem should be fixed.
If the problem occurs agains, you should reinstall
KeySoft. I hope this information may help you.
