I had to do this with the instructions of a Humanware tech. I learned to limit what I told the planner; don't use dots 5 6 before p or a for pm or am; type in the full time, like: 5:00 instead of 5; she told me that I mixed my planner up somehow. It works great now, but I NEVER use alarms, yet, anyway.

However, I found that it solved my problems, though I had to rewrite all of my schedules. Deleting Planner Go to the file manager and navigate to the keyplan folder in the flash disk. Erase the file called planner.dbf. Immediately, without doing anything else first, perform a reset. The file will come back, newly created by the reset. Your appointments should be gone. ___ To leave the BrailleNote list, send a blank message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To view the list archives or change your preferences, visit http://list.humanware.com/mailman/listinfo/braillenote
