This is the same for me. I paid for an sma for my gf in December as a
Christmas gift and for my own at the beginning of January and both serial
numbers say there are 0 SMA counts left. I think Humanware is still working
on updating their list of serial numbers with sma counts. I was told not to
worry when I called last week.

OK, I know for a fast that I paid for my SMA on my braille notes in
November, my checking account shows the charges but when I log into the
propagation site I show zero upgrades available on either the transplant or
the classic BN. What gives?

I work hard and do my best to keep things up to date, I am not unwilling to
pay for services, but I want to know that I am getting what I am paying for.

Hi Keith,

Go to

http://pulsedata.propagation.net/SDW/User/Login.aspx

Put in your serial number, and frog1 for the password. It will tell you how
many SMAs you have remaining.

And by the way I'm able to log onto the site now. Thank you, thank you,
thank you!

Pam
